Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a client is dissatisfied with our services, they may cancel their project and request a refund. Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of service renewals for ongoing website promotion, hosting, or domain registration must be submitted at least seven (7) business days before the end of the current service period.

Requests submitted less than seven (7) business days before the end of the current service period will be processed as cancellations for the following service period.

Refund Policy

We will make every effort to develop design concepts that best meet our clients’ needs.

If a client is not fully satisfied with our services, a refund may be issued within 30 days from the project installation date. The final refund amount will be calculated after deducting applicable service taxes and hourly charges for the work completed.

If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the original card used for the purchase. For payments made via Razorpay, refunds will be processed to the same account.
